We believe in creating value to our surroundings. We want to make the most out of what we have available. In the beginning of December 2023, we moved in to our latest investment of our HCP Bricks fund, Eerikinkatu 36. It’s an almost 100 years old building with a rich history.
Built in 1933 to host various different laboratories for the Helsinki University of Technology such as: a car laboratory, a hydroelectric laboratory and a thermal power laboratory. It is now our time to write the next page in this building’s history.
We are preserving the building’s historic charm while infusing it with modern vibrancy, creating an opportunity for a number of firms to locate themselves in the heart of Helsinki.
